Lifting Minds and Hearts
The Honorable Betty McCain and
the Board of Directors of Loaves and Fishes invite you to a wonderful event
“Lifting Minds and Hearts” featuring William Friday, President
Emeritus, University of North Carolina as the keynote speaker. This
breakfast event will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2005, 7:30 a.m. – 9:00
a.m. at the Carolina Country Club, 2500 Glenwood Avenue,
Raleigh, North Carolina.
“Lifting Minds and Hearts” will
be an enjoyable, inspiring event which will give you the opportunity to hear
William Friday and to learn about the difference Loaves and Fishes is making
in our Raleigh community. Come with an open “mind” and you will leave with a
“heart” full of thoughts and ideas! There is no charge to attend this
one-hour breakfast event. Guests will be asked to consider a donation to
Loaves and Fishes. We hope you will plan to attend! Space is limited to the
first 300.
Loaves and Fishes is a non-profit organization that
intervenes in the lives of children at high risk of failure and provides the
long-term individualized and holistic support they need in order to achieve
