Committee Members: We have several committees which meet regularly. This is a wonderful way to volunteer if you cannot help in the classroom. Our committees include Fund Development, Program, Multi-Cultural, Administration, and Strategic Planning.

Special Needs Volunteer: Be available to staff to help with out-of-the-ordinary needs.     Examples might be scrap booking, videotaping, and helping with transportation.

Special Fundraising Events: Help with our 3 major fundraisers (Chili Sale, Lifting Minds and Hearts, and the Low Country Boil) as a committee member, or with registration, data entry, or errand runner.

Office Volunteer:  Work with Development Office on mailings, research, data entry, thank you notes, and filing.  Time commitment is flexible.

Invite us to your Faith Community: Invite a LAF staff member to your faith community to share the LAF story.  We love to talk to entire congregations, to women’s and men’s groups, to seniors, and to youth.
